I dont know if such a drive exists, but I figured that if it does, someone here is bound to know of it. I believe that I saw basically what I was loooking for at BestBuy of all places from Plextor, but it was a cdrw as opposed to a dvd. This is it:

Which is 200% overkill, as I'll never burn a cd in car, but Im already starting to plan Rev3 of my car pc, and this time it involves a 1U case (which btw, if anyone knows of a 1U with two external 5.25, this problem could be solved by other means).
