the controller is there i was wondering if anyone knows if wired correctly it will functon on a standard serial or ps2 mouse port? it has 4 pins it would be nice to moun this in my center consol instead of that goofy finger track ball i am currently using

    so anyone got any idea's?

ps anyone got any spare 47uH and 10uH inductors?

by the way upon opening up the touch pad casing it apears to be made by alps

see if you can search around on the compaq site to find the pin outs. Look either for the touchpad it self, or for the port that it would plug into on the laptop.
