Pioneer DEH-P6400: The head unit for me

Finally decided on my head unit. This one looks absolutly awesome.

Pioneer DEH-P6400

I found it for about $100 less than MSRP here:

Anyone else own one? I think it looks like the best one available.

Oh yea, and I'm using this adapter to get an AUX IN.

If you want give me the SKU that best buy uses and I can find employee cost, it usually is 35-40% off ... I can get it for you if you would like..

Would you? That would be awesome! I dunno how I would find the Best Buy SKU, as they don't have their car stereo stuff on their website. Can you just search for the model number. I really appreciate the offer.

If you have one around you could take a look at the card they have next to the display, or just give a BB a call and ask the employee price, just say u have a brother in another store ... yadada, they shouldnt be resistant to give it (the price) to you. If they hassle you just get the SKU. I am goingon friday (I am working then.) One thing that I suggest though is get the service plan! Trust me, and my discount is 50%, it should come out to 17$ ish, for 3 years. So say by mistake ... it gets shocked (note... devious tone in voice) 2.5 years down the road u get a new stereo for the comparable retail price at the time you purchased .. for free.....

Well, where abouts do you live? You could come with me to buy it. I dont think you could pull of for my brother since they call to verify.. and well i dont have any brother, if you are near CT, or MA then you are welcome to come with me, otherwise I could ship it.

They always speak to managers, and you need to show your ID. If you know anyone up here, such as a relative I would be happy to get it with them? We should probably check on the price before we get that far if you want to do that.

The guys at my local Best Buy are assholes. They won't even give me the SKU, let alone the employee price. I think I'm just gonna buy it from etronics.com

BTW, your profle says you're 17, and I am too. Can I get a 4hrs a week type job at Best Buy? I thought you had to be 18.
