    They already have auto grade HDs I am pretty sure. Hitachi I think? I know they have been around for over a year at 20Gb, 40Gb, and 60Gb... And with the hybrid drives due out soon, hopefully there will be automotive grade hybrids.

    Toshiba already has automotive grade drives. The Pioneer AVICs use them. But I have never seen a 80gb automotive drive. Must be expensive though.
