Which of these to buy for mp3car?

I got these offers at Anandtech, and I was wondering which to buy. I'm looking for stability and modest speed, and the price ceiling is $50. Feel free to make your own offers. Do any of these boards have problems? I'm leaning toward the first one, but I'm also considering the others. Give me your thoughts.

- PII 400 (with attached passive cooling) + motherboard (ATX form factor) with 2 ISA, 3PCI, 1 AGP slots, 3 DIMM slots (one of the tabs is snapped in half ... it has NO affect, the slot works PERFECTLY with Ram in it) Onboard sound and USB ports. Accompanying power supply for that motherboard as well. $50

- tekram bx mb with a celeron 566 with a slocket. Just a note, one of the pins on the cpu is missing but does not effect the performance of the cpu. Thats why I am selling it for 45 shipped.
- Got this offer at Anandtech, should I believe him about the pin?

- P-2 400 and a ECS Slot-1 combo $50

- abit bh6 with celeron 300a@450 stable with heatsink/fan. $45

- Celeron 400 mhz slot 1 with heatsink/fan, Intel BX motherboard $50

- Gigabyte GA-5AX mobo with a AMD K6-2 450mhz with HS\Fan $50

NOTE: I'm NOT overclocking because I need it to run very cool with passive cooling and need it to be ultra reliable. Also, which of these will boot the fastest?

What is the exact mother board in the first combo? if its a quality board, it might be a good deal, other wise i would say either the:
-tekram bx board with celeron 566, as long as you believe him about it still working, i could see it being alright though.

-abit bh6 with celeron 300@450, its an abit board, so its very high quality, and the celeron 300 runs at 450 almost natrually, not much extra cooling needed at all.

-intel mobo with the celeron 400, its also a very high quality board, because its intel, but you cant hope to overclock with it at all.

What about this:

SS7 Epox EP-MVP3G2 w/ AMD K6-2 500 and 64MB RAM single DIMM

That would be alright too, but with AMD systems (with Via chipsets), you need to install the via 4in1 drivers, which is just more of a hassle then just running an intel system.

with systems of this era, intel systems are more reliable, stable and easier to setup then amd ones. for a carputer, you generally want reliability and stability more then speed, so i would still, suggest one of the intel systems, although the amd one might not be that bad, if its a better price.

I found out about the mobo model on the first combo. It's a Dell ES 440BX.

I think that would be fairly good quality, although it might be tricky to work with the BOIS, and i dont know how expandable it would be.
