this is very simple, all you need is the pinout of the controler and lcd to vga converter.

    Question

    Oh,
a lcd to vga converter? ;-)
You said that's very easy...easy to buy or easy to build?
Could you please send me a link to an instruction to build sth. like that or could you please tell me what to do?

    thanx

I don't believe I've ever heard of a VGA->LCD converter that will work for this situation. This is not your standard monitor type LCD, its a dot matrix type, like you have on a TI-83 or what not. The only way to control that kind of screen is with a serial or parallel port and custom software and hardware. It's a pretty big project just to have a display, probably would be worth it just to buy a crystal fontz or a matrix orbital display that have all the serial communications hardware built in and there are lots of winamp plugins available to control them. Good luck though-

I connected a 128x64 dot matrix LCD to my parallel port. And yes, it was custom hardware and software all the way. The schematic for the interface logic for this is on my website - perhaps it might provide some inspiration.
