Thread: Relay timer

Hey, I am wondering how I could put a (2ish) second delay on a simple 30 amp relay.

It's so when I push the door unlock/disarm button on my remote it will pop open the doors a second later. I don't think it would work to have the popper latch and door lock controlled at the same time. (The door might not unlock fast enough and the popper wouldn't open it...)

Does anyone know where I could get a relay timer? (I already have relays, i don't need a complete timed/relay unit.) Thanks for the help this has been confusing me.
