Right Angle PCI riser card!

Does a company make a PCI right angle riser card?
Where would I find one?
I have an Fv-25 shuttle board....it has one PCI slot in it...
Now if there is a right angled PCi Riser card out there could it have two slot and have them both work in a one slot pci board?

Now where do I find such a thing for sale..
