Hibernation works flawlessly for me, although I'm using an M2-ATX (160watt), but I don't see how a power supply has anything to do with it. Currently using TinyXP rev9 SP3 with hibernation enabled.
Intel's website has a utility that lets you make a custom configured BIOS/flash screen (made for system integrators).

Still struggling to get the native 800 x 480 resolution for my 629 Lilliput. Everything else is working great including the hibernation (I am also using M2-ATX). Anyone was able to setup the above mentioned resolution on this board? Would appreciate any help.
Get a PCI video card. I put in a PCI Radeon 7000 and got any rez from 640 x 480 and up.
Great little board this D945GCLF, that lil Atom cpu packs a hefty punch for such a small chip. Word to the wise, upgrade the chipset fan/heatsink...... lil bastard gets HOT!
