Minimum hardware requirements for DVD and MP3's

I have two pentium 166 systems both with 32 megs of ram. If I buy something similar to or a Geforce 2 card will this be enough to watch DVDs and play MP3's? I am planning on running Windows 98 on the system because it has a USB port.

*edit* Oh yeah, what would I need to purchase system wise to be able to watch DVDs, as in Processor and RAM. I also have a 5" LCD screen, will this work alright to watch DVDs through Windows?

It will work for mp3 im sure, but unless you have a video card with hardware dvd decoding, or assistance, I doubt it will work.

Just bought the EPIA-M and works like a champ. Plays DVD silky smooth and audio is as clean as SB Live. All in one package....
