No sound coming out of HQCT-eA

No sound coming out of HQCT-eA.
I assumed this behaves like a normal amp but is there something in software I need to do. I'm running roadrunner as a front end.

And if you just use the software of the hqct eA? does it produce sound than.

Solved it. One of the wires for the power going into the plug wasn't connected properly so had to resolder it.

When I connect the HQCT-eA to the computer Xp goes through its ususally 'Found new hardware etc'. Is there any drivers or software I need to install?

Yes, but if you use RR, its in there already. The other front ends, i don't know.

If you want to use it as stand alone, you need to download the software from there site

Upon plugging the usb cable from the HQCT eA my computer found the HQCT eA and it came up as a car radio. After running CPCTuner I was able to get sound from the amp. Now I can't get my any sound from it. CPCTuner gives an error saying it can't communicate to the HQCT. I haven't even tried radio yet.

take all the power of the mobo (including the 5 volt standby), the hqct wants a restart.

The only way I can get music to play is start CPCTuner. What do I need to do to tell the amp to start working? I'm using roadrunner as the front end and I have the latest install etc.
