Well I have a used 5.6" MA Audio tft screen I could sell you for $75. You can find the specs here. this is the cheapest I could find it:

The screen acepts a ntsc signal, so all you need is to get a vga to ntsc convert (more expensive) or just buy a new cheap video card with tv out. Here is one:
