With the money being saved on the board, just buy an external sound usb card.

Yeah I have a Creative X-Fi card that I used in my last carpc that worked great. Does anyone know if a PCI riser card will fit in a Mo Co So case?
hmm
BLKD945GCLF2 compares to BLKD945GCLF as 330 processor vs 230 and gigabit lan vs 100megs lan?
thats all?
d945gclf2 has 6 channel sound, the d945clsf has only 4, pllus ofcourse the 330 cpu being dualcore with the 230 being single core
I installed my carpc into my pet Kangaroo, mate.
d945gclf2 also has S-Video out.

PS: would it be possible to configure the soundcard to use the "sound input" as a "subwoofer output"?

Has any managed to get 800x480 working on these boards? I know the BIOS supports it as does the display driver (both are the latest revisions), however it's not available through the standard settings slider bar - I need to got to advanced > list all modes to get 800x600x32, however when I do that I only get a black screen. This is using a Lilli 629. Does this sound like a board, driver or lcd issue to you guys?

I just installed mine today, I had to use a real Monitor to get the BIOS and boot stuff set up and then plugged the Lili in and configured the res in your OS.
