We are about to release an audio over USB device for exactly this purpose. I will be starting a new thread in the next day or 2 anouncing it.

Are you looking for a hard line-in,(meaning going just through the windows mixer to the spearkers), or a soft line-in (recorded by software and played back). If it's the latter, there are plenty of cheap USB audio devices on the market that could provide the line-in, most for VERY cheap.

This board is cheap; it has a small form factor, and readily available peripherals. A lot of hobbyists have used the atom processor and have posted information on their success so instead of reinventing the wheel we can draw from their experience.

This is how mine is setup and I had an old front audio header sitting around that I connected to the front audio channels. I can't get the audio drivers to see it as line in but it sees it as mic in. The weird thing though is on my desktop PC with the same audio chip I can set any of the ports to any function.
