Windows install help, hardware issues also!

"Alot of the drivers installed on their own" means you did NOT do a full proper install since those files were still on the HD and windows picked them up. Glad it is working, but it is still not a full clean install.

Doesnt service pack 3 have drivers built in? I reformated the drive 3 times.... it is impossible the previous install servived at all. Even so, I think I am keeping this disk. I love that the idea of going str8 to SP3 and not having any issues. I do pray that once the PCI card goes on and all the devices are connected, that it still works.... we will see over the weekend, unless this dumb hurricane comes on Monday, then i will have to prepare for that.
