Problem with new atom board, or is it my memory?

I just got a new Jetway JNC91-230-LF ATOM and 2GB Ram.

The problem is that after about 5 - 10 mins the computer freezes and the screen goes a bit strange. Ran memtest and it freezes after a few mins. Some pics below..

Is it the RAM or the board?

I'm no expert but it looks like a video driver issue to me as it happens when windows is booting with the lines

Dont think its a driver issue, thats not the boot screen, its windows screen saver. Windows runs between 10 - 20 mins and then freezes, but when i run a mem test only takes about 1 minute to freeze up

Have you tried different memory? Is the memory you have compatitble?

Yea the memory is compatable, ordered some kingston ram hopefully that will work
