None of the websites that carry such things don't seem to have it yet, however, expect around $400 for the board.

Probably a little less than that. My Core 2 Duo 3.5" board was less than 400 so I would imagine that this would be cheaper than the Core 2 board, as Intel charges less for the chipset components.

Cost of boards like these tend not to be directly tied to component prices. I'm pessimistic on prices of boards yet to be released, too many times the boards I want end up being in the $400 range. Also, did the board you get come with processor? I'm betting the only way to get one is to buy it with processor.
