Shuttle PC Audio Out Problem
I have a problem with my car PC Audio.
The setup is a Shuttle SS56G with Pent 4 - 3Ghz CPU, 1Gb Ram and 320GB HD etc etc.
The sound is onboard and 3x 5m jack plug to RCA leads run from the PC in the dash to the Crossover Unit in the boot. The Crossover splits this into a Kenwood amp for the front speakers, akenwood Amp for the back speakers and a Kenwood Amp for the subs.
The problemI have is that I can't seem to get any sound out of the GREEN jack socket for the FRONT speakers on the rear panel of the shuttle.
I have checked leads by swapping the jack plugs over and this proves the amps and crossovers are wired correctly.
I'm hoping the problem is software/setup problem and that I don't need to buy a new motherboard or USB Sound card. I have 12 or so USB devices as it is and another will be a pain (another hub needed)(no room for a pci card).
Can anyone shed any light on the prob?
Cheers in advance!
Sorry for the long post!
