I have LS-372 too. I am really satisfacted with it. The LS-373 is not revolutionnary. So I don't think I will upgrade. Perhaps I am wrong.
Me neither, really, for that kind of money. But if something happened to my LS-372, I know what to replace it withSame mounting holes and everything...

The one advantage of the 373 is the mini-pci., and mini-pci express slot
But, I won't upgrade either my LV-677 or LS-372 for it, just yet.
