I don't know how long take bios boot but I hope it is quicker than on my Via NX board(bios take 15s)...
Im contact ALL distributors in Europe and all sell board only to company's except one in italy and SloveniaIf I buy it in italy board cost 250€(Euro) + 70€ shipping, but If I buy it in Slovenia then cost me 280€ but I must wait because on 4-10 january they will order new things from commel and they will send board together with other things...
I will post results when I get it... I hope that Vista will work on it(Hibryd sleep)...

Guess I should have been more thorough in my research. Commell is IMO one of the best Asian manufacturers. They are first to market with all kinds of tiny late-gen Intel chipsets. Soon, Commell will come out with a P45 that takes DDR3-1066 in a 3.5" board.
