Well the car puts up the Windows fine, its the rolling down thats the issue. If I use the PC I cant use it when the PC is off. I really didnt care for a car alarm, but it looks like thats the route I will go.

or you could use a capacitor that takes a charge each time a lock pulse is sent example:
    1 time 33.33% charged
    2 times 66.66% charged
    3 times 99.99% charged
now that it's fully charged it'll trip the relay.
i don't know what size cap you would need to use though.

have a look at the12volt.com they might have something.
I like this idea........... seems it can easily be done!

I change mine twice a year at most. And it has a battery indicator so I can see if I need to change it.

Well I got the module today and it turns out you can only do one or the other, not both. Ive decided that rolling down the Windows isnt important to me, if it does then i will buy another module to roll down the windows!

Damn. You probably wanted something like the DEI 530T which will do both.

yea the model you showed only does 2 windows though. The unit I bought only costs 9.99, so I will buy another to roll the Windows down. I am also shopping for a car alarm that will control them. I am looking at a company called Asian-Wolf, but their systems only have a 3000 ft range, but are made to work flawlessly with the window up and down feature. I want a alarm with a OLED screen and a 1 mile range.

I agree and at $188.00 it isnt something that is too expensive, its about the price of a Lilliput screen, hehe..... I really like the 1 mile range on the remotes. It has 3 AUX ports, and am going to use 1 to roll up the windows, and 2 to close the windows. I could use 3 for maybe powering on the CarPC. Well this unit is most def going on my wish list, or maybe even my impulse buyer list, lol.
