I am getting a audible whine when the Sirius Module is plugged into the audio port of my UAS and plugged directly into the sound card.
HDRadio by itself and through the UAS works FINE.
I read somewhere where there is a grounding issue with the SCC1?
Can anyone help me with this?

I was having the same problem, having it plugged in to the mic in jack on the sound card. To be honest, I bought an external sound card (Sound Blaster), and am now using the input jack on that. No feedback any more (and better sound control, too.)Originally Posted by aplusmiami

I have isolated the issue to the SCC1 tuner. I disconnected the cable from the mjs adapter to the SCC1 tuner and the whine goes away. Any help would be appreciated!
