I'm sure the fusion brian has sensors to read voltage (as well as a million other things) or you can look at somethign like the OBDPro's OBD-II interface. As well as reading OBD engine info, it gives you (combined) battery voltage.
I installed my carpc into my pet Kangaroo, mate.
The Fusion Brain reads voltage, that is what it does.![]()

Mauri designed a simple voltmeter circuit that Guino added support for in Road Runner - http://www.mp3car.com/vbulletin/road...rdware-rr.html. He then later created a modified version - Update my first hardware (Serial Voltmeter).Add two new functions.
this is what i did
it was $5 off ebay and can be powered from the same source as is's measuring
ELM327 and J2534 diagnostic tools can measure the voltage supplied to the OBDII port. I wouldn't be suprised if it's a simple option to display it in something like ScanXL or DashCommand.
User PPE on this forum would know if his software can be used for Voltage monitoring.
However, this is admittedly a rather large solution to a simple question though.

Yikes, then this is mine. . . Any idea on how to wire this up?
