    Post Would this motherboard work well in an mp3 box?

    Here is a mobo i found with sound video (dont need that) parallel, and it is tiny! ( i think) and its only 42 bucks. Would the sound card be sufficient? http://store.yahoo.com/aaronix/m5motwvid.html

    The audio doesn't like dos, but otherwise looks okay for the money!

    Thats cool, i didnt plan on using dos anyway, will probably use win 98, i dont mind waiting a minute or so to boot. Could i just put that motherboard in a custom box with ram and a processor, and set up the hard drive on my computer? or would i need to run the hard drive on that motherboard to set it up?

    Need 2 setup harddrive in that computer- first boot of win98 it needs to install all the mobo's resources (i/o, controllers, bios, ect).
