dual dvi + hdmi?

hey guys and gals,
not for the car but i'm looking into building/buying a new computer. what i want to be able to do is run dual monitors on my desktop and also run an hdmi over to my tv. if i buy a pre-built computer that has onboard video ( i've seen alot that are vga and hdmi) can i add a dual dvi monitor card and still keep the onboard hdmi active? if not any suggestions on a video card that has dual dvi and hdmi or would i need to run seperate video cards to acheive what i want to do?

It would probably depend on the BIOS settings and you'd also have to adjust it in Windows. I'm assuming you want to stretch your desktop over two monitors and you want to replicate that same picture on the TV. You'd have to tell Windows how to do that, somehow.

Your video card will come with its own drivers and software. Perhaps in there you'll be able to find out how to do it.

It can be done......... Like MeeM said, it depends on the MoBo. My PC has a VGA, DVI and S-video and I am able to use them all at the same time.
