    I've had experience with various boards with built-in video by ATI, Intel and nVidia...
    ATI chipset boards get my vote every time!

    It's in the comment section on newegg:

    "If you can't figure out what the difference between this and BOXDG45FC is well... Box = retail in a box w/ i/o sheild and driver disk and Blk = Bulk: OEM just the board... Not sure if its worth $5 to lose the I/O shield and software"

    Don't know if this is accurate but that's how I found the version on there that they actually carry.
