HD Radio tuner + PC interface - has anyone tried this?

    Has anyone tried this?

It looks like a software interface that lets you control a Directed DMHD-1000 receiver, which apparently is a universal HD tuner for your car. The Directed module has an LCD screen and RCA outs, so you could just plug it into your computer or to your amps. I've been waiting for a way to get HD radio on my carputer - has anyone tried this??

    HD Radio Cables READY!

His hardware is cheaper, but still nifty that there is more than one person working on this.

In other threads it has been warned not to buy stuff from this site. It is a copy of Mitch's HD Radio cable that doesnt work with alot of things. I would just buy the HD Radio, then buy the cable from Mitch. http://www.rush2112.net/mkportal/mod...eca71bb629a143

PS: you beat me to it Malcom, I just now noticed your post.

Woh, thanks guys. I didn't realize the cable from Mitch has been out so long. What are people doing about the software interface? Road Runner? It looks like there's a standalone software program you can buy too that lets you use the cable to control the HD tuner box.

Doh, what was wrong with it? Sigh. I've been resisting installing CF because my setup works perfectly with Meedio (don't laugh).
