lpt relay control - speaker thump

Hello,
I have just bought this 8-channel LPT relay:

I'm planning to use 1channel for sending remote signal to amp's when windows fully loads (because of speaker thump).
Can somebody help me make program (windows service) which will open only one pin (channel) on LPT port when windows loads/and exit.
I think that is not too hard, but I don't have good programming skills, so I'm asking for help.

You will be disappointed in that. The parallel port pins all "cycle" low to high and back during bootup...

True. A trick I use to use a long time ago is to take two pins and feed them through an XOR gate. Then they can go high and low together and the output remains low. Only if they are programmed to be different will you get a high output.
