Thread: Resistance Switch?

Does anyone know if an electronic device that does the following exists? If so, what is it called?

Module has 4 terminals A B C D

When AB is open/high resistance, CD is open
When AB is closed/low resistance, CD is closed

Ideally, voltage and current through AB is minimal (~1V 100mA), and voltage and current through CD is 9V 100mA
