opinions on Jetway NC92 - N330

Hi
I'm in the market for a new motherboard. I was all set to pull the trigger on a D945GCLF2 intel board then I realized it only has 1 COM port. I need 2. The Jetway has a second com header. I really don't want to run a USB/Serial adapter as I seem to have hibernation issues with the one I have.

i have the nc92 n230 to exchange my d945gclf, i can really recommend the jetway boards, very stable, faster to (can set fsb/voltages/smart fan config etc)

also i had the long pause on boot/resuming which came from my creative live usb card on the d945gclf which is gone now.
