Is there a power brick that puts out 12V?
I bought 6 HP T5510 thin clients, that I thought were cool for a car PC. I got them for $35.00 each, so it was a good deal. Standard they come with 800MHZ, 32mb Memory and 64 RAM. I found out you can upgrade them to 800MHZ, add a HDD and 512MB of RAM. That is a very cheap PC solution.
Problem I am having is how do I power them? Originally I was going to buy 2 PSUs, but then I remembered that this uses like a brick for it. The rating is 12VDC at 3.3amps. I was wondering if anyone knows a car adapter that will put that type of power out. I notice all the bricks are 15V and up for laptops, but put out the amperage I need. The ones that are 12V output, only put out usually less then 2 amps. Can anyone point me in the right direction, or should I go the PSU route?
