Dont quote me, but I believe that you will need to supply it with power over the ISA / PCI bus.
Also, the VIA EPIA will be about the same size area wise, but more managable as it is sqaure.

Seems it supports a celeron up to 466mhz, and can be powered by a AT ps.
For $15, it seems like a good deal to screw around with.

I believe you will need a backplane to plug this board in to. It could be prohibitively large once assembled.

you only need the backplane if you plan on adding any other cards to the system. The SBC has the power connectors right on the board.
