Atom based or other itx mobo

This is my first carputer and need some help on deciding weather to buy a intel atom board 945GCLF2 or a board were i need to buy a processor like a Zotac NF610I since the price isn't really that big of a difference. which would have better boot time? What would you do?

    Thanks

the atom will have lower power requirements, and in theory should make less heat too.

mine has been grunty enough for what i need, gps, music and data logging at once.

    plays movies well too

depends if what you need it for or what you're looking for. Atom board will use less power (very important for me for a car application). Zotac board can have a more powerful processor and better GPU. Like Woofnstuff, atom was plenty for what I wanted in a CarPC.
