Thinking about it now, I'm powering the M2 from the cig lighter harness. My car, like most newer cars, 'goes to sleep' after some time...power is shut down to most circuits, to prevent battery drain, i.e. if you left your dome light on by mistake, etc...
I wonder, if my car is killing the power to the cig lighter/M2 after a few hours (over night), the M2 isn't powering on properly afterwards, and the hub isn't getting initialized before detection?
This is assuming of course, that there is something weird going on with the M2 when power is removed completely, then restored...
If I set the M2 to 'regular ATX', in which it'll always be powered on (or for as long as the car gives it power), if it would kill my battery before the car goes to 'sleep'? There are 7 devices connected to it, including a DVD drive...
Either that, or connect the power to the M2 straight to the battery of the car...
