    Question keyboard mapping question

    I have a dauphin keyboard. I like it
    BUT it does not have a windows key and it has this 'Dauphin' key which I don't use it at all. I was wondering if there is anyway to re-map ths keyboard layout so I can make this 'dauphin' key to windows key or at least shortcut to something?

    i haven't tried this yet because i have a windows key on my board.
    I can't remember where i found it but give it a try and post your results.

    "No Windows key?

    Create a shortcut to Sysdm.cpl (you’ll find it in the %systemroot%\System32 folder) and place it anywhere in the Programs menu. Then open the shortcut’s Properties dialog box and assign it an easy-to-remember keyboard shortcut such as Ctrl+Alt+Shift+S.

    (try to give it a shortcut like F-12 or something.)

    Some laptop keyboards may have separate keys for Break and Pause, and you may find this dialog box opens if you hold the Windows key and press Pause. "
