Question usb power from Jensen KSW41

Hey all. I am a total newb, but I am wondering if it would be possible to get usb power from this unit:

As you can see, there is a "DC 12V OUT", would it be possible somehow get a female usb port attached to this for power? I don't mind getting other adapters or whatever if they are needed.

    Thanks.

it really depends on the internal parts-- if it somehow regulates the 12volts, than you could hook up a 12 volt hub to that port. but if it doesn't regulate any of it, than nothing will work with that.

usb is regulated 5 volts so you would need something lse to get it to work properly
