intel DG945GCLF2 broken part-help

I need information what part is (see pic) right next to atx connector.I assume that is some regulators ,but wich,and where to buy another or .....

It's an N-channel MOSFET transistor for the power supply for your RAM modules. How'd you blow it out ???

It should have some writing on the face. That code will tell you a lot.

What's that gray smudge thing up and to the left on the DRAM slot?

A short in the slot would be a possible cause.

He did'n blow up,I accidentally cut him (with "my tools").thats gray smudge is shadow (I think)...On the face write "85TO3GJ",another row I can't see....

That's the top-part of an electrolytic capacitor.
