I'd love a lower power setup that's very capable... but I'm not giving up my PCI-E sound card to do so. They're already making 2 versions of the board... legacy and non... why not throw in the PCI-E on the non-legacy version and leave the legacy with the PCI. Then again...I know the answer to that too unfortunately

I think it's safe to buy Asus AT3N7A-1, we've got about 30 mini-PC's based on it
(at my workplace), quite impressive. Ideal for CarPC/HTPC use I think.

Remember the Asus cost almost twice as much. It all depend on what you are planning to do with it.

I am considering buying it with a Broadcom Crystal HD miniPCI Express card (I don’t need wifi, or if I do the board has plenty of USB ports) with their M350 enclosure (that has a good airflow and already got it) – it would be a nice, cheap, fanless HTPC for my car or for my living, why not, it's small

Some ads say it can decode 1080p, it can't though can it?
Isn't the GMA3150 even slower than GMA950?
