You can solder any momentary switch to those 2 leads in the header, or you can buy something like this on ebay.
I'm looking for the power button module that hooks into a motherboard. I have been searching for a while and the thing is apparently called the front panel switch.
Does anyone know where I can get one of these that works in my motherboard (645 ultra)?
Attached is an image of the part of the guide that came with my mobo explaining the front panel connector.
You can also use something metal to just jump the two pins momentarily, screwdriver, paperclip, etc. This probably isn't the safest solution but it works if you are careful and know what you are doing, make sure you get the right pins. I do this when I'm working on the carpc on the bench

<------ If my information is helpful, give me some rep! The scale thingy :)
You can use a normal off, momentary on toggle or push button and wire that to the headers on your motherboard. I've used both in the past when I used an inverter instead of using an intelligent DC/DC power supply.
I have bad luck with vehicles...
