    Laptop dvd drive in ATX motherboard adapter

    I recently bought (from ebay) a CD-RW/DVD+RW drive, taken out of a Dell Latitude D420 laptop. Here's the ebay page. I have an ATX carpc mobo, so I believe I need an IDE adapter. Would this product do the job?

    but, if you really need the adapter, why not order it from the mp3car store and help support the forums? even if it is a couple bucks more..

    yep that product would be fine to use, you can also get SATA versions if your motherboard supports sata
