    Mini-ITX Powerfull motherboard

    Hi,
Im looking new motherboard for my system. I have Travla C137 Mini-ITX Case which support Mini-ITX motherboards. But I think I can put Micro ATX motherboard into it too...
    So my requirements:
-Support for QUAD/Extreme Intel CPU socket 755
-PCI slot(PCI slot that does NOT internally share resources) - VERY IMPORTANT because I will have Sound card in this slot
    -Have VGA and HDMI output
    -Min. 4 Backplate USB
-S3 Sleep Support - VERY IMPORTANT (I will run Hibryd sleep)
-Windows 7 Support - VERY IMPORTANT
    -SATAII (I will run SSD)
    -Fast BIOS POST

    Reccomended:
    -WIFI onboard
    -

    I DON'T need floppy, IDE, IEEE1394

Is there any Mini-ITX board which meet my requirements?

If I will buy Micro ATX then looks Zotac GF9300-A-E right choise but must ask manufacturer about PCI slot's...

Curently use Jetway NF93-LF and intel P8400 CPU but motherboard give me a lot of headache because share PCI slot resources with:
    -Integrated graphiic card
    -Mini PCI Express slot
    -USB devices
    -SATA controller
    ...
And have big problems with crackling sound. Also CPU is not powerfull enought to run all things I need...

    Thanks for any help...

Zotac GF9300-I-E or GF9300-G-E board is mini-itx and is just what you need. Not sure about the PCI slot, but should work well with your sound card because zotac is a pretty reputable company.

Both are not option for my system because do not have PCI slot. They have only PCI Express slot...

Dg45fc.. I love this mobo so much i'm buying a second one to make a htpc. Its compatible with core 2 duo/ quad core CPUS. All the power in the world. It runs CF3 high graphics profile with visualizations running at 3-6% cpu with an e8400 processor. HD video and HD audio ready from the box. 10 USB ports.

I would have to vote for the Zotac 9300 strictly for the onboard geforce graphics card.

why worry about quick post speed if you're using s3 sleep anyway?
it'll limit your selection choice quite a bit and it doesn't really change the performance.
