Well it would probably be worthwhile to see both sides of the board...
My small Commell board has the RAM and PCI on the bottom and the others on top with breakout cables. There is like a densely pinned connector that breaks out into usb, audio, etc. which comes with a custom cable.

I think the CPU comes with it as the only option. But you're probably right about the 500-600 range.
Compared to the DG45, it will be much more powerful, plus a smaller size.

I own a LS-372 et LS-373 boards. Great products.
This one should look nice but it is not the same thing.
It is an EXPRESS COM board. You all will be confronted to connector problems. Look at this technology, some electronics are missing and are deported on a "main" PCB.
