Which sensor/module would you want the most?

Im still working on designing my product, but since Im waiting, I decided to start on some of the module attachments.

Which one would you guys be most interested in? Feel free to post!

No idea what I'm talking about? Check here: http://blog.nilok.ca and you'll understand. Long story short, it's a device similar to a Phidgets interface or a Fusion Brain.

Haha it won't be able to do OBD II right off the bat, but technically it's possible in the future.
Bluetooth will work, though. Just vote for it.

not sure about the legality, but seems like it should be easy for phidgets sensors to work enough to get you off the ground?

stand alone (no pc) and bluetooth are pretty cool features to have above the competitors. imho

Yeah that's a great idea. I could just make an adapter or something...

so i was cruise-n phidgets site last night and realized one thing they dont have is a digital pot...

they have the selectable one that they just released with a mix-n-match resisters kinda thing going on, but nothing like "a computer adjustable digital potentiometer"... thats really what ive been looking for and it has a hole bucket load of usefulness

    just my two cents

The funny part about that is most PIC microcontrollers have a digital pot inside them. I can't be sure of the values, but I know it is 16 steps because I used to use one to configure pressure sensors without external parts.

Great idea, I'll look into it.

Alright, for those of you who asked for a volume knob / rotary encoder module, I wrote the software for that over the past day or so.
I will get production boards done once the first batch of Qubes sell.

Keep voting, I need some good statistics.

so your knob endless turns right? (duh)

is it safe to assume that i can unsolder most rotary encoders and use it?

i dont see much on your board, thats why i ask...

    edit:

seems like you are moving along with this project quite quickly... i may order one if i can sneak it past the woman

aw man every time i click on "add to cart" i get a broken link error
