    Ok, I think an aftermarkey amp is overkill for what I want. The kind of amp that build into a head unit is good enough, not after heavy bass or glass shattering volume. Iv ready about discreet amps or integrated circuits, but cannot find anywhere to buy these - probably cause I dont know what im looking for.

    Should an Aux In headunit be able to what ever is being feed into it or will it have control over skip, play and pause?

    the only way to have control over the computer audio would be using a head unit-- you will need a device called Car2PC. you can check their site for supported models.
