    better sound with carputer?

    Hi,

    Just something weird I've noticed. Ive been running dvd, Kenwood HU, stock 200w amp and stock speakers all until now.

    after I installed the carputer, it seems the bass is alot louder/higher then before (a good thing for me). Anyone else notice it? And I am running just the regular sound from the EPIA 800. Imagine if I ran a good audio card : )
    Mine needs to be updated.

    Yep, my standard OEM speakers sound like a Sub!

    Wouldn't that just be from the different equalization the computer provides? Unless you spend mega bucks for a headunit, you're not going to be able to tune the music as well as you can with a basic computer setup...
