Does anyone know UPS software (and it's version) that used with DSchmidt's Autooff-ATX-A unit(www.dschmidt.com/autooff.html)will shut down or put into hibernation a computer under Win98/Me??? I loved that gadget but I want to find the software before I order!

P.S.: I know that that the manufacturer suggests APC's software, but I downloaded it and it doesn't work without detecting a plug&play UPS unit on a COM.
I didn't know if I had to post this topic in the software or hardware discussion so I posted it in both...
