    Installing computer in-dash?

    Has anyone had any problems installing their PC in the glove box/in the dash? I am thinking I'm going to put an Athlon Xp 1700+ in there, along with 2 case fans. Just wondering if anyone had any experience with that.

    Mine is under the dash. No real problems. Actually solves a lot, like no need for long cable runs.

    Mine is in the glovebox. Really easy to wire everything there. It's stealth, too. If you have enough room go for that solution.

    vbi, did you just mount everything in the dash or did you build your own case to fit it in there?
    EPIA 800, DWW-7VGA LCD w/Touchscreen, 256mb ram, dvd rom, ati radeon 7000 video card, 80 gb 3.5" hard drive.
