Question where and how to place laptop???

alright, i orignally planned to place the laptop under the seat but those plans appear not to be the best method. the laptop doesn't fit unless i remove the seat and then place it back in. i was making thinking of placing it in the glove box compartment if i can make some modifications to it? there is also a space under the glove compartment, where it'd be laying above the passenger's legs. where can i get the metals racks, plastic pieces for the car? i'm not looking to spend much money either. i have the summer to work on this, so maybe i can do something creative. any suggestions?

i'm thinking about putting it under my glove compartment, cause i can't put in where my glove compartment is, and it doesn't fit under the seat, don't want to put it in my trunk cause i plan on getting subs in the future.

although one other idea has crossed my mind, if i get seat covers and put it in the pockets that are attached to the back of the seats, it won't be visible and it wouldn't be a problem getting access to the comp, but my concern is overheating because the fan won't get air. if this doesn't work, i'll have to go to my other idea.

    placing laptop under glove compartment:
i'm thinking i can screw in a rack and place the laptop on it. use some velcro straps to hold the laptop in its place. and to cover it so it can't be seen from outside i can put a piece of plastic in front that somewhat blends in. have the plastic stay in place with probably a velcro strap and open and close it to access the comp. this way the passengers can use the laptop if need be and it'll have easy access. if possible i can buy one of those keyboard stands that slides in and out and use that, so it can really be easily accessible?
