What video cards are you guys running

Im putting the PC in the truck and have a 9" going in the dash but also will have two 7" in the sun visors and two more 7" in the headrests. So with that being said, Im curious on what vid card you guys are using to get video to everything.

My main is VGA and the others are all composite

I know I will have to split the composites but what cards are you guys using to support this configuration and what ways are you splitting the video signals?

i have toyed with the idea, and if i were to do it, i would utilize my multiple-output motherboard. i would use the dvi, or hdmi output for my main screen, and then use the vga output for any secondary screens-- if the secondary screens are composite, just use a vga-composite adapter and a y-adapter cable. in most cases, the y-adapter is sufficient, though it wouln't hurt to use a powered video splitter to maintain the full signal integrity.

Thanks for the reply. When I was pilutting together the system and testing everything out I was doing it in the house with the 120v PSU. I had it connected to by 55" plasma via VGA. I have a simple VGA to composite adapter (ebay special) and disconnected the VGA to the TV and did the VGA adapter to composite and changed to a diffenent video source and got nothing.

So going that route was my plan to run video to multiple monitors. That failure is what led me to ask what type of proven cards would allow video to multiple screens or do I need multiple cards.

I understand DVI to composite but none of my screens are composite. They are all RCA. My current VGA adapter to RCA must not work because I have tried it from my desktop to plasma and laptop to plasma. I have also tried my desktop and laptop to my headrests and none of them see any signal. So I guess I will try another but different VGA to RCA and see what I get. From there I can go to a signal amp and then to my individual four screens.

The only experience I've had with a vga to rca adapter was quite some time ago, but it functioned well.
I would try the y-adapters from radio shack or whatever and see if it provides enough signal to each screen. I haven't seen a powered composite rca splitter, but I'm sure there are some out there if you have issues with the y-adapters.

RCA is a connector type-- like molex, or Deans. it does not define the video format. your screens use a composite signal.
