The monitor is a similar story, no instructions for that either. There is a black cable coming off the power for the monitor, there is also a white cable which i can't identify and a 9 Pin Mini Din To VGA Header Adapter but no cable to connect it to the motherboard.

I suggest contacting the EBay seller, if you haven't. They should be able to help.
Although, it does look like a hack job, and some wires were cut. That could be the result of someone wanting to remove the unit quickly and not knowing what they are doing.

The monitor shell is made by Bybyte.com. You may be able to contact them for some assistance.
The 9-pin miniDIN plug is a standard cable for either Lilliput or Xenarc monitors, I believe. I am pretty certain I have seen replacement cables available for sale.

Hoping some kind person can point me in the right direction of possibly setting this up, as this is my first incar PC i am unsure of where i am wiring it to, Would the wiring loom from where the radio was support the Monitor, ITX PC and the Amp or do i need to find other 12v rails?

The power harness for the radio should be fine for the monitor, but the rest of the equipment should have dedicated power lines run from the battery.
It's a safety issue.

So i should be ok running the monitor off the radio power harness and run 2 sets of cables from the battery, one for the PSU and one for the amp. Is 8 gauge cable enough or to much?

honestly, stuff like this really scares me-- for a fear either that it is stolen, or the person that built it really didn't know what they were doing...

1. the first box looks like a standard computer case holding some very old hardware--i hope you didn't may much for it.

2. that bybyte case has some very odd hardware installed in it as well-- i haven't the slightest idea what the diagonally mounted board is in that case-- that is not like any lilliput control board i have ever seen..

The Bybyte Black Box has an old style CCFL Lilliput 701 in it.

I don't know if the new style LED monitors' VGA cable will work with the CCFL monitor's SKS cable or not.

^i do not believe there were ever any changes made to that cable. i have a older led 629--the same time that the 701 was still ccfl, and the vga cable is interchangeable with my new 669 screen cables.

Looking at it further, that might not be a Lilliput monitor. The cable is connected to the LCD controller, not an SKS connector.

Might be time to do a Rick Harrison and "call in an expert....."
